What we are looking for:
We are looking for associate lawyers to join our team at Aleksandra Attorneys.
Who we are:
We are an independent Helsinki-based business law firm focused on real estate, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. We represent leading Finnish, Nordic and international investment funds, institutional investors, as well as private and listed companies.
We are dedicated to delivering high-quality service and pragmatic solutions for our clients. We strive to be recognised for our commitment to carry out every assignment in a manner that our clients can be fully satisfied with all aspects of our work. Therefore, each person involved in an assignment has a vital role in the success of the firm.
What we offer:
We offer you an opportunity to work as part of our experienced team with some of the most significant assignments on the Finnish Market. As our focus is not on the number of lawyers and our firm has a lower associate-to-partner ratio than most other firms in the fields of law we practice, younger members of our team can undertake important work right away.
Our way of working underlines seamless and non-hierarchical teamwork with a solution-driven attitude. We want to foster this culture and enable you to become a high-end professional with us.
What we expect:
You have graduated from a Finnish law school and want to work with assignments related to real estate, mergers and acquisitions and private equity. You preferably have 1-2 years prior working experience from a business law firm in said fields of law as a trainee or after your graduation. We also appreciate a high eagerness to learn new things and a willingness to take up new challenges.
Due to the nature of our assignments, you should have full proficiency in Finnish or Swedish and you should also have a strong written and spoken English.
When and where:
Please submit your curriculum vitae and application to email@example.com by 10 December 2018. However, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible as the positions will be filled as we find suitable candidates.
For additional information, please contact our partner Rami Laatsalo by calling (tel. 050 300 7172) or by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
